MEMBERSHIP FEES
Monthly by Direct Debit automatically transferred from member’s account on the 1st of each month.
ANNUAL FEE
All memberships paid in full by 31st January will receive a 10% discount. VAT is included at 17.5%
Club Rules and Regulations
LIABILITY
Certain facilities require a specific health screening form or disclaimer to be completed prior to any form of exercise being undertaken within the club.
GENERAL
No Smoking policy applies in all areas of the leisure facilities. No glass, alcohol, food or musical equipment is permitted within the gymnasium, poolside and outdoor facilities.
CONDUCT
All members or their guests should conduct themselves in an orderly fashion. Management reserve the right to refuse admission or terminate their membership with immediate effect.
HEALTH SAFETY AND HYGIENE
All members with regards to health, safety and hygiene must adhere to all notices or information posted around the club.
CHILDREN
Under 4 years old may use facilities free of charge if accompanied by an adult member. Children wearing armbands must be supervised in the pool with an adult. For safety reasons children under 16 years must not use the gymnasium and be supervised at all times on the poolside and outdoor facilities, Children under 12 years must leave the pool by 7pm each evening. Children over 7 years must not use the changing areas of the opposite sex.
REFURBISHMENT
For the purpose of improvement or development the management reserve the right to alter opening times of the club. Notices or information will be displayed around the club prior to any work commencing.
AMENDMENT OF RULES
Management reserve the right to amend club rules, fees and membership details at their discretion. All changes will be sent direct to members or posted onto notice boards around the leisure club.
MEMBERSHIP CARDS
All adult members will be issued with a card, which must be swiped through the reader on each visit to record attendance. If cards are lost or stolen members must report this to staff immediately and a small administration fee may apply. Children do not require a card, as they are not allowed access without
adult supervision.
CANCELLING
Members cancelling their membership should inform the leisure manager in writing and return their membership card as soon as possible. Cancelling members can rejoin only during membership intake periods.
EXPIRED MEMBERS
Membership becomes expired after 3 months non-payment and can only resume when all outstanding fees are settled.
GUESTS
Members can bring along a maximum of 2 guests per visit.
